Eric’s previous roles include Co-Founder, COO and EVP WW Sales & Marketing at VM6 Software and VP Worldwide Sales and Business Development at Embotics where successfully raised funds and drove sales strategy.
Eric also served as WW VP Sales and Business Development at PlateSpin where he was responsible for the go-to-market strategy including establishing relationships with all worldwide channel, OEM and alliance partners. Eric helped lead the company to over 200 percent annual revenue growth in three years; growing the number of customers to over 3500 globally. PlateSpin was sold to Novell for $205 million (USD) in 2008.
Al Loughery (HBA, MBA), CFO
Al is a Senior Organizational Development Executive with over 25 years experience in growing companies, increasing corporate profitability and re-tooling high tech companies to efficiently take the next step in corporate growth.
Mr. Loughery’s previous experience include senior positions with Burroughs Business Machines (Now Unisys), establishing internal audit departments in Canada, Australia and New Zealand, then with Imperial Oil as Secretary of Gilbarco Canada Ltd. and Exxon Company USA in their New Ventures Group, and finally with Timeplex Canada Inc.

Tiffany Welch, VP Sales
Tiffany is a business development specialist with 15 years experience in direct and channel sales, marketing, and corporate development for early stage through to enterprise companies.
During her career she has participated in 3 IT start ups: Authenticor, Blanketware and imoney.com which was successfully sold to Quebecor in 1999.
Tiffany also built and executed the channel strategy for SAS Canada and signed the first OEM partner worldwide. Most recently, Tiffany has specialized in selling IT migration consulting services to leading FIs.
